Paul Pierre
With over 22 years of global health leadership, Paul brings deep expertise in tuberculosis and HIV program management, public health emergency response, and technical assistance across Africa and the Caribbean. Paul's work spans clinical care, hospital and project management, and complex outbreak response, including Ebola and cholera. He specializes in building high-performing teams, fostering cross-sector partnerships, and aligning healthcare strategies with dynamic global needs. Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, he thrives in multicultural settings and is committed to driving sustainable, impactful health outcomes through collaborative and adaptive leadership.
Edmund Rutta
A mission-driven global health leader with 20 years of experience advancing equitable access to medicines, strengthening health systems, improving service delivery, and scaling innovative solutions across Africa and beyond. He has partnered with governments, philanthropies, multilaterals, research institutions, NGOs, and the private sector to improve regulatory systems, patient safety, supply chains, and patient access to essential care. Known for strategic leadership, collaboration, and results, he is committed to building partnerships that deliver lasting impact and healthier communities.
Dr. Andwele Mwansasu
Dr. Andwele Mwansasu is an accomplished global health leader with extensive experience designing, managing, and strengthening health programs internationally. As a Senior Management Team member at Intellexi, she leads organizational growth, program development, and stakeholder engagement, partnering with governments, donors, and local institutions to deliver sustainable solutions for complex public health challenges. Her expertise spans strategic planning, infectious disease programs, health systems strengthening, capacity building, and impactful partnerships.
