Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, he thrives in multicultural settings and is committed to driving sustainable, impactful health outcomes through collaborative and adaptive leadership.

Dr. Andwele Mwansasu is an accomplished global health leader with extensive experience designing, managing, and strengthening health programs internationally. As a Senior Management Team member at Intellexi, she leads organizational growth, program development, and stakeholder engagement, partnering with governments, donors, and local institutions to deliver sustainable solutions for complex public health challenges. Her expertise spans strategic planning, infectious disease programs, health systems strengthening, capacity building, and impactful partnerships. Rooted in empathy, innovation, and service, she advances Intellexi's mission to expand equitable access to quality care for vulnerable communities and create lasting impact worldwide.

Charles Patrick Almazor brings more than 25 years of progressive experience across healthcare administration, clinical leadership, public health, and global health security. His background spans hospital operations, risk management, patient safety, infectious disease programs, and international health systems strengthening. He has held senior leadership and advisory roles supporting healthcare institutions, public health programs, and government partners, including work focused on TB/HIV integration, outbreak preparedness, and One Health collaboration across the health, environment, and agriculture sectors. At Intellexi, he develops practical risk management strategies that help healthcare organizations identify vulnerabilities, improve safety culture, strengthen compliance, and promote evidence-based decision-making. His combined training as a healthcare provider and public health professional allows him to bridge clinical realities with executive-level planning. He is committed to advancing safer, more resilient, and better-coordinated healthcare systems in the United States, Haiti, and other global health settings.

Inoussa Zabsonre is a Medical Officer with a master's degree in public health and extensive experience in tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS program development and implementation. Over more than 20 years, he has supported HIV and TB/Drug-Resistant TB screening, diagnosis, and management programs across Africa and beyond, building capacity at country, regional, and global levels. He brings over 15 years of experience leading complex, multi-country evaluations using mixed methods, with significant work in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eswatini, Afghanistan, Niger, Uganda, Malawi, Mozambique, Ghana, Namibia, and Burkina Faso, and technical assistance in South Africa, Kazakhstan, and Thailand. Fluent in English and French, he has partnered with USAID, Doctors Without Borders/MSF, WHO, and the Stop TB Partnership. He currently serves as an HIV PrEP Specialist and Community Health Epidemiologist with the Prince William Health District in Virginia.
